Giwa Egbe Bobakeye Akile Ijebu
The position of Giwa is permanent, life and unchangeable. He presides all over the meetings and with the executive council perform all functions on behalf of the Egbe, except those exclusively reserved for the general assembly.
The executive council manages the affairs of the society and under the leadership of the Giwa. Other members of the executive council are constitutionally elected every three years by secret ballot from among the financial members at the annual general meeting. The council undertakes the planning and execution of development projects provided such project is approved by the general assembly.
